A brilliant movie, a inspiration to anyone, a true honest portrayal of a great man,
one of the best films ive ever seen and made all the better because it was real!

Truly an inspiration to everyone. if our leaders have this kind of character, i think our country would be great by now. despite hardships and poverty, he never allowed himself to engage in illegal activities...

A true inspiration portrayed in a great film. Russell Crowe acted the part superbly. The film makes you reflect on your own life and realise that what you thought were major problems in your life are really fairly minor compared to what they went through. It really makes you put things in perspective and take a look at yourself and want to be a better person. The film really stirs great emotions. Well done to all involved in making it.

I have just enjoied the film and searched about the history of James J Braddock, thankyou for the web-site and it showed me a wonderful man and his story,it give me power and eneryg for my life.

I wish there were more like James J. Braddock, in sports and in life. These days it is all about doping and stealing. By that time it was about fair-play, common sense and family. Thanks, Jimmy, you are and will be an inspiration to me!

Great man, wonderful movie!

Cinderella Man made me weep and cheer on plane from NYC to BKK. As a young girl I used to watch the Friday nite fights on TV with my dad in NYC. And our family had suffered thru the depression like the Braddocks. What a model JJB and Mae are for everyone who somehow hold on to dignity and love despite poverty and bad luck in the hardest of times. Thanks Ron Howard for making the inspiring movie.

A fantastic life jimmy. I thank you for being a nice guy. It seems that glory didn't got you blind. The family is what counts. Kudo to the movie to honor you and your accomplishments. Thanks again Jimmy.

The movie really touched my heart. It's very inspiring. The movie taught me to always have courage and patience in life coz there's always a reward even if you're in the midst of difficulties. I also admired the unity of Mr. Braddock's family.

An amazing history, while I seen the movie, I watched for informations about "Jimmy" and found this site.
What a carreer!!! I´ve had tears in my eyes, when I saw in the movie his last round vs Braer. This is a real man. A real fighter. We had Max Schmeling, despite it, "Jimmy"!!! ... I have to look this movie again.

Lo de Braddock es un ejemplo de vida, lo bueno del cine es que posibilita al mundo entero conocer la historia de gente como él que a pesar de su pobreza, mantuvo siempre su convicción "darle de comer a su familia"

WHAT A MAN, WHAT A HERO, if the world was more like JJ, it might be a better place......someone to be proud of, with guts and determination......the film was brilliant and did him justice.
