i went to the cinema not knowing what to expect,the film was so good viewing ,its the quickest 2.2hours if had in a long time, i was emotionally drained , the man was a legend and i never knew it?, i need to find more on this man . thankyou ron howard for this production

Great film and great person. A very good history that breaks and remains in the eyes of spectators. In some way a good flashbake to economical disastor of the 30s. The next winner for the Oscars? I bet for, for sure.

One of the best movie I've seen in years... Inspiring, emotional & almost everything in between. I adore your dedication to your family. Truly a man to look up to Jimmy Braddock!

I watched the movie today and shed alot of tears during the movie. Your grandfather is really a great man. And you are lucky to have such a happy family. I,ve already saw the movie, I think that is really a great example about family strenght . Over all the probles Braddock an Mae rise their family. I´ts great to know that USA also have great people that makes a great history fo the Country.

his lifestory is better than a rocky movie

I heard about J. Braddock, but the movie that I just saw yasterday, really moved me. The life of this man showed me again that if you put your mind into it, tou can do anything you want and accomplished tour goals. It an inspiring story and he was a great man. His manager was too.

I dont think the movie can cacoon the inspiration quite as significantly as James Braddock brought to the people of his time. His life has really inspired me. Thankyou for sharing him..

We all three family members couldn't sat on the chairs without tearing, being impressed and admiring Jimmy and his
whole family. It was really moving movie which we have had ever watched. Thank you for giving ambition. Jimmy will stay in our mind for a long time!!

Just seen the movie 'Cinderella Man' - what a story, what a man - appears to have been a real family man, salt of the earth. Now got to find a book with his biography and read more about the man. As a boxer he was superb. By the way the website is great - a credit to the man.

No memories for me, however, the movie..the remarkable and inspiring story of Cinderella Man, sure got me to want to know more about the life of Mr. Braddock. He truly is a great man and has become someone we can all look up to most especially these days.
Bravo to Ron Howard's direction and story telling..and most of all, to the team who made the movie a reality. Thanks for again reminding us of the astonishing potential of the human spirit! :)

j'ai vu le trés bon film "de l'ombre à la lumière" hier inspiré de la vie de James J Braddock. Rarement un boxeur n'a eu autant de courage sur un ring. NE RENONCE JAMAIS.

I understand how it was hard to be like that - everyones hope. The way of boxer is hard and everyday into that sport come young and strong men. And you are stayng the same, and you must fight. Not for the glory...it would be to easy...I wish you luck.

Just like any fairy tale, James J. Braddock's life story ought to be passed on from generation to generation. Truly an inspiring and heart warming journey of a man who was able to do things much bigger than himself all for love for his family.

Bring a tissue box when you go watch the movie... truly inspiring. NEVER GIVE UP ON LIFE... most of the time it really gets better after much patience effort and perserverance. ONLY THOSE WHO GIVES UP FAILS! The best movie this year so far!

We saw this very good Ron Howard film yesterday, we were moved by this inspiring history. Renée and Russell performing is magnificient. We are glad to find that Mr. Braddock real life grand daughter was in the film. Glad that Irish are catholic like us. Is the kind of film needed in USA society.

the message of mr. braddock's story is clear: stand tall in the face of difficulties. the way he picked himself up from the fall is truly courageous and inspiring :D
