I watched the movie and for such a long time I haven't thrilled so much, it made me remind that people should never lose the most precious thing they have in their lives: the dignity and the love for the family

I saw the movie a few days ago.. it was amazing..

Cinderella Man... you did it.. and you still alive in each one of us.

Its just been released in the UK and I've just seen the trailer. Watching the short trailer has filled me with so much emotion I can't put it into words. I have to see this film because my life in East London - Bethnal Green identifies with his character so much, the man: James J. Braddock is my hero now and is a true inspiration for me as a amateur athlete and someone who is trying to make ends meet like alot of good working class people in this world of ours. Wish there was more people like him. To me he symbolizes a true gent, something that is becoming rarer and rarer now days, especially in my home town East London where respect towards all people is fast disappearing.. May the film do well as it truly deserves. Leigh

This man was a very excellent person !!! and a very good boxer.

The greatest spirit of superation in boxing. He gave inspiration to a whole nation in need and still his capacity to face adversities keeps encouraging others in our days.

How inspiring and certainly right on time. My deepest respect the family and thankyou for keeping up this website. If we all maintain this spirit, we can change things around our lives and in the world.

Have just seen the film, what a truly inspirational human being, a working class "Hero" his family must be truly proud.

I have seen the movie and wanted to learn about the real man behind the story.

Trully inspirational, an ordinary man who beat the odds and becomes an extraodrinary man. A man who fought both inside and outside of the ring for the love of his family.

I think James J. Braddock was a great boxer but perhaps better like a human being.
For me his life is an authentic inpiration and one way to go up.

James J Braddock is a true champion. The way he lived his life with honesty and a true love for his family. To be on "relief" and then to give the money back when times were good.......I'm speechless. I want to live my life the way James did!!

My family are related to Jim Braddock. I undersatnd my Grandmother (Brett) was a cousin of Jim's although I am not sure how the link exists. I have always known about him from being a small child. The family here lived in Rochdale and Oldham and includes O'Neills, Bretts and Canes. I do hope we could find more relations through this web site.

A real inspiration to the folk of this day. Sometimes Hollywood pulls a real gem from the kit bag, James Braddock, a historical boxer and family man. I've really enjoying clicking away through this website and it's especially a pleasure to note the respect and love of JJ Braddocks family.

Jimmy is a true working-class hero who fought against the odds, and inspired ordinary people during the turmoil of the Great Depression. It's great that his story is being retold on the big screen, and he will not be forgotten.

It's impossible not to shed a tear when you see this film. The triumph of James Braddock will inspire a lot of Filipinos who are losing hope.

What a great movie, my girlfriend and I were undecided to see a movie, we thought we could see "Amitville Terror" but it was sold out, so we saw the cinderella man and it was so worth it. a nice inspirational story i even weep at the end. James J. Braddock was a great fighter and human being
